The above rates are based on 2 person max occupancy all taxes included Five day minimum stay Payment to be made as follows: 50% deposit upon accepted booking reservation Balance due upon arrival. Full refund will be given on cancellations occuring more than 60 days before the rental date. Apartment is cleaned once a week with fresh towels provided and bed linens changed. More frequent cleanings /changes may be arranged at an additional charge. No smoking / no pets. |
