CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund (minus a $50 handling fee) if canceled 90 days prior to reservation date. 50% refund (minus $50 handling fee) if cancelled 60 - 89 days prior to reservation date. No refund if cancelled less than 60 days prior to reservation date or if you end your occupancy prior to the end of your reservation. Excludes a situation which renders the house unfit for habitation. OTHER INFORMATION There is once weekly housekeeping service (not dish washing or clothes but all other house cleaning chores) is included. Other services with the housekeeper can be arranged directly with her. |
