Swim, fish, snorkel and enjoy long walks on white sandy beaches from your own private beachfront terrace. Use our kayaks to explore the islands and secluded beaches of Tenacatita Bay. If you prefer, walk out your front door onto the village streets of La Manzanilla. This small fishing village, surrounded by lush jungles and a sparkling blue bay, offers a variety of quaint tiendas, restaurants, local art and music. Come visit us at Alegre Mar and experience for yourself the charm and tranquility of La Manzanilla and Tenacatita Bay. ACCOMMODATIONS; Our one and two-bedroom bungalow's are comfortably furnished and include bath, livingroom / dining room, fully furnished kitchens, Vonage phone access, satellite computer access, ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in all bedrooms. Each unit has it's own private terrace (with hammock) from which to enjoy the spectacular sunsets of Tenanacatita Bay. Additionally, we have a small studio apartment with a comfortable queen futon. Attatched, is a large bathroom with shower. This unit is located upstairs on the street side. Included is a small refrigerator, closet and coffee pot. There is a lovely private deck from which to enjoy the village life and view of the surrounding jungle. Beach access is steps away. Twice weekly maid service is also included. |
