An exclusive FOUR space trailer park on a 900 square meter lot has been newly added to Villa Xochipilli. It is fully equipped with hook-ups for electricity, water and sewerage and internet service all inclusive. The trailer park has its own independent entrance to the left of the bungalows, it has full bathroom, and hand wash laundry area, a roof shaded area for tables and chairs, and another common outdoor area for hammocks and tables, it also has a private secure gate to the Laguna del Tule walkway. It is beautifully landscaped with palm, mango trees and tropical trees and flowers in keeping with the rest of Villa Xochipilli. The following are the measurements for each space (numbers for spaces appear in the photographs): #1 - 55 square meters, platform 12 m2, trailer up to 34 feet #2 - 75 square meters, platform 13 m2, trailer up to 40 feet #3 - 63 square meters, platform 12 m2, trailer up to 40 feet #4 - 63 square meters, platform 12 m2, trailer up to 40 feet OPENING RATES ARE $400.00 U.S.dollars a month for the season of 2009-2010. A 50% non -refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Payment should be completed in full upon arrival. Payment includes taxes. Managements reserves the right to change rates. |
