The four bungalows are named after some of the birds in the lagoon area: #1 is La Chachalaca, #2 La Garza Nocturna, #3 La Anhinga, #4 El Colibrì. They are all set up pretty much in the same way: a bedroom with two full size beds, a full bathroom with hot shower a living area with a day bed which is also a single bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area. These four bungalows are in one building, two on the second floor and two on the bottom floor. The upstairs bungalows open up into balconies overlooking magnificent vistas of lush tropical gardens and the lagoon itself, and the bottom bungalows open up right into the colourful gardens bringing you one step closer to nature.
The downstairs bungalows may be connected and turned into one large bungalow (whenever available) becoming a two bedroom, two bathroom, two sitting areas, double kitchens and dining areas. It is useful for larger groups or families. Although not necessary, the upstairs bungalows have A.C. in the bedroom, the downstairs bungalows are cooler and do not require air conditioner.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, a counter top stove and is fully equipped with plates and pans etc. All the water is chlorinated with separate special bottled drinking water. The sitting area and the dining room connect to the balcony. There is hot water, cable TV, ceiling fans in every room. Towels and bed sheets are changed once a week. There is a hand wash laundry area available with local laundry service also available.
